Nearsited is a tool that helps web designers and agencies find local businesses that need websites. It discovers businesses, analyzes their online presence, generates outreach messages, and helps manage a sales pipeline.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Free beta: Nearsited is currently in free beta. All features are available at no charge during this period. No payment information is required to create an account or use the service.
Paid plans: Paid subscription plans are in development. When paid plans launch, we will notify registered users by email with at least 30 days notice before any charges apply. You will never be charged without explicit opt-in.
Planned pricing: Indicative pricing of $19/month (Starter) and $49/month (Agency) is shown on the pricing page for planning purposes. Final pricing may change before billing launches. Early beta users will receive preferential pricing.
Price lock: Once billing launches, your first-year price will be locked. After 12 months, we may change prices with 30 days notice.

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell your data or use your business information for purposes other than operating the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Nearsited is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
